NOTICE is given that preparation of the undermentioned part development plans, local physical development plans and regional physical development plans have been completed. The physical development plans relate to land situated within the named towns/markets centres and Districts. Copies of the development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, Fifth floor, Nairobi and the respective District Physical Planning Offices between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make representations in connection with or objections, to the above named Development Plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 45025-00100, Nairobi or the respective District Physical Planning offices within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the ground on which it is made.
