NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, from General Motors East Africa Limited, P.O. Box 30527-00100 Nairobi, to all customers who brought the following motor vehicles: KAC 025U, KAJ 146X, KAD 279S, KAH 800U, KAU 963S, KAQ 583E and KAK 126S, for service repairs, that are stored at General Motors East Africa Limited plant at Enterprise/Mombasa Road, to collect them upon payment of repairs or serxice charges within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to collect the said goods within the said period shall lead to the said goods being disposed or sold to recover repair and storage costs without further reference to the owners, unless the rent storage charges, repair costs and other incidental charges are fully paid up.
