NOTICE is given that by a Deed Poll dated 13th November, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No T573, in Volume DI, Folio 222/4328, File No. MMVII,by our client, Farida Abdulhai Omar, of P.O. Box 45707- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Amal Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mud Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Farida Abdulhai Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Farida Abdulhai Omar only.
