REGULATION

PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 6 (I) of the Civil Aviation (Investigation of Accidents) Regulations. 1979, the Minister for Transport notifies that an investigation team has been constituted to investigate the accident to aircraft registered 5Y-BVE which occurred in Kojonga, Narok, on 10th June, 2008. The team comprises of— Peter M. Wakahia (Eng.). _ Capt.-Anthony M. Kiroken. Col. (Rtd.) Enos A. Ndoli (Eng.). Capt. Peter M. Munyao. Dated the 12th June. 2008. C. A.
