WHEREAS Fredrick Lisutsa Namusende, of P.O. Box 588, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, ii.'Mgistered proprietor of that piece of land knoiin as Butsotso/Shikoti/1397, situate in the district of Kakamega;', and whereas the district land registrar in letter Ref. E N. NYABERI, Land Registrar, Bungorna/Mt. Elgon Districts. S. W. MUCHEMI, Land Registrar, Nakuru. ADM/Land/KAK/INol. 1/23, dated 3rd October, 2007, has issued summons under section 8 (b) of Cap. 300, laws of Kenya, to the said Fredrick Lisutsa Namusende, to appear before him and produce the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to him on 24th November, 2005, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to cancel the registration in favour of Fredrick Lisutsa Namusende, and reinstate the name of Lubu Industries (1981) Limited, of P.O. Box 8, Kalcamega, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Lisutsa Nstmusende, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 18th July, 2008. GAZh.i It NOTICE No. 6311 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS M'Mutiga Kimba (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as NyakifThuura/2395, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrates court at Meru, in succession cause No. 199 of 2002, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Muratha Mutiga and (2) M'Kairanya M'Mutiga, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land in the name of M'Mutiga Kimba, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission RL. 19, and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Muratha Mutiga and (2) M'Kairanya M'Mutiga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M'Mutiga Kimba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 69, Othaya, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of Mary Watiri Kamutu, and whereas all efforts.made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land,dide deed issued in respect of thr-said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (3il9)alays from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been receimod,within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of late said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said Esther WangariMutonyi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlietan the said Mary Watiri Kamutu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and clfino effect.
