GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6316

WHEREAS Stephen William Nyaga (deceased), is registered proprietor olthat piece of land known as Loc. 1/Kigio/479, containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts; situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 3033 of 2003, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Mercy Wanjiku Nyaga, (2) James Klintud Nyaga and (3) Peter Macharia Nyaga, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen William Nyaga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection-has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Mercy Wanjiku Nyaga, (2) James Kimani Nyaga and (3) Peter Macharia Nyaga, and upon such registration the land tide deed issued earlier to the said Stephen William Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
