THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MERU PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made-irr-this court in: CAUSE No. 251 OF 2008 By (1) Rose Kagwiria Kimathi and (2) Stephen Nderi Mugambi, the deceased's widow and an administrator, respectively, through Messrs. Maitai Rimita & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Denan Kimathi Mukindia, late of Bula Pesa Sub-location, Isiolo, who died at Huruma Health Centre, Meru, on 6th May, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the, publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
