APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 3 of the Local Government (County Council of Tana River) Order, 1966, and pursuant to direction given under section 38 (I) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act (Cap. 2), the County Council of Tana River appoints- Cllr. Abdi Ali Moulid, CUL Florence Nkandugu Bungulu, Cllr. Abdulkadir Sharif Abdirehman, to be members of the Tana. River Trade Development Joint Loans Board, for a period of three (3) years.
