Any person aggrieved either — (a) by the inclusion of any rateable property in or byAheemission of any rateable property from the 2006 Draft Valuation'Roll; or 18th July, 2008 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1823 (b) by any value ascribed in the 2006 Draft Valuation Roll to any rateable property, or by any other, statement made or omitted to be made in the said Roll with respect to any rateable Property: may on payment of a non refundable fee of Kenya shilltnior tWe hundred (KSh. 500) per entry, properly lodge an objection in respect of any entry made in the aforesaid 2006. Draft Valuation Roll with the Clerk of the Council at the`County Hall, Busia Town, within twenty- eight (28) days of the date of this notice on prescribed forms available at the County Hall.
