NOTICE is given that the Draft Valuation Roll, 2006, for the Municipal Cornecil of Nyahururu, incorporating private and public lands areas,. within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Council of Nyahunuu issnow ready and available for public inspection at the Town Hall inaceordance with section 9 (3) of the Valuation for Rating Act Any person, may during working hours from Monday to Friday inspect the Valuation Roll and make copies or extracts from it. Pursuant to the provisions of section 10, Valuation for Rating Act, any aggrieved person by — (c)inclusion of any rateable property in or by the omission of any rateable property from the Draft Valuation Roll; or (d)any value ascribed in the Draft Valuation Roll to any rateable property, or by any other, statement made in the same with respect to any rateable property; may lodge an objection with the Town Clerk, before the expiry of twenty-eight (28) days from the date of this notice, using the prescribed from, which shall be obtained at the Town Hall, during working hours upon payment of KSh. 50(k In accordance with section 10 (2) of the Valuation for Rating Act, no person shall be entitled to lodge an objectionitfore the Valuation Court, unless he has first lodged such notice of objection as aforesaid, and or provided that it shall be competent for the Valtuttion Court to agree to consider any objection although notice thereof has not been given in accordance with this section.
