THE REGISTEPRED LAND ACT

ACT

WHEREAS Jackson Kipkemoi BovVen (ID/22235642), of P.O. Box 449, Eldma Ravine in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of laid containing 0.4209 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Mau Summit/Molo Block 3/451(Dagoretti Nyakinyua), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
