WHEREAS Jane Auma Ayako, of Ragengni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Uyoma/Ragengni/2916 situate in the district of Bondo, and whereas the land registrar's summons under section 8 (b) of the Registered Land Act has ordered the said Jane Auma Ayako to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and cancel its registration and revert to the old land known as Uyoma/Ragengni/591 and register the name Ayako Bambla as the original registered proprietor and issue him the title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Auma Ayako, shall be deemed to be cancelled-and of no effect. Box 32, Ugunja in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Uholo/Ugunja/2150 situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the land registrar's summons under section 8 (b) of the Registered Land'Act has ordered the said registered land proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said Eunice Adhiambo Otieno has defied that order to compel her to surrender the land title deed to the land registrar, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has, been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and cancel its registration and revert to register the name of original registered proprietor as Ribanex Caxton Awitta, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Etinice Adhiambo Otieno, shall he deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 4, Ukwala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as North Ugenya/Siranga/669 situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the land registrar's summons under section 8 (h) of the Registered Land Act has ordered that the said registered land proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said John Okumu Okoth has defied that order to compel him to surrender the land title deed to the land registrar-have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to cancel its registration and revert to register the name of original registered proprietor as Omondi Opondo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eunice John Okurnu Okoth, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
