GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6627

WHEREAS Njagi Kovi, Embu in the Republic of Kenya. is registered proprietor of that piece- of land known as Gaturi/Githimu/8326. containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts. situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the resident magistrate's court at Embu. in civil suit award No. 7 of 2007. has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of the plaintiff. Misheck Njue Njagi. and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Misheck Njue Njagi of P.O. Box 573. Embu, and whereas aH efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to, the said Misheck Njue Njagi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njagi Kovi, shall he deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
