Box 1, Kapcherop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Kanyei, who died at Chesubet Sub-location, Sengwer Location, on 27th May, 1987. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2008 By Asha Jepkemboi Kibogy and (2) Jackie Chepkoskei Kibogy, both of P.O. Box 108-30104, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kipkoech Kibogy, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, on 8th July, 2006. CAUSE No. 77 OF 2008 By Mokiyo Kipkosgei, of P.O. Box 83, Chepkorio in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kigen Cheptoo, who died at Kamosong Village, Kemal! Sub-location, Marichor Location, on 10th May. 1971. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
