THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KAJIADO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2007 By (1) Susan Mugure Kibaki and (2) James Kibaki, both of Matasia in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a giant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kibaki, late of Matasia in Kenya, who died there on 11th March, 2002. CAUSE Na 18 OF 2008 By (1) Isabel Kirigo Karuri and (2) Evans Masaku Kasyoki, both of P.O. Box 34365, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karuri Githinji alias Joseph Kariuki Githinji, who died at District Hospital, Murang's in Kenya, on 15th December, 2007. CAUSE No. 19 OF 2008 By (1) Regina Njeri Rugs and (2) Emmanuel Mungai Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 109, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow -and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of. Peter Mbugua N. Gumba;who died at Thogoto, on 15th July, 1993. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from 'the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
