IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Local Government Act, the Municipal Council of Nanyuki has, with the approval of the Minister for Local Govemmet imposed the following fees and charges with effect from 1st July, 2008. Approved Fee KSh. 50 200 3,000 Municipal Dated the 30th June, 2008. MICHAEL NJOGU, Town Clerk. Activity Description Daily vehicle parking fee- 2 tonnes and below 2-5 tonnes 5710 tonnes Over 10 tonnes Unclamping fees Penalty on violation of PSV by-laws The fees and charges shall apply to all areas within Council of Nanyuki's jurisdiction.
