Box 7169, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ronald K. A. S. Chepkwony, who died on 28th June, 2001. CAUSE No. 66 OF 2008 By (1) Thomas Kipkoech Keter and (2) Daniel Kimeli Keter, both of P.O. Box 19, Burnt Forest in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipketer Koima, who died on 21st August, 1999. CAusENo. 83 OF 2008 By Samuel Kimani Muituuni, of P.O. Box 333, Burnt Forest in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Muinami, late of Rukuine Farm, Burnt Forest, who died at Burnt Forest Health Centre, on 7th July, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect, entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
