WHEREAS Ruth Wanjiku Muchai, of P.O. Box 28, Ngewa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land -containing 0.3567 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 2/5261, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has heed lost, notice is given that after the -expiration of sixty (60) days from ihe date hereof, "1 shall issue a new land tide deed provided that no objection has -been received within that period.
