WHEREAS (I) Isaac Gathongu Wanjohi and (2) Isaiah Kirindi Mutonyi, both of P.O. Box 21714, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 8.09 and 8.09 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kitengela/3629 and 5930, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
