GAZhI it NOTICE No. 6027 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS, (1) Joseph Mulinge Kilonzo and (2) Anna Ngeneke Kilonzo, both of Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Muthetheni/Kionyweni/965, situate in the district of MachakOs, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No.19 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to David Munywoki Nzioka, of P.O. Box 66, Masii,mnd whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of David Munywoki Nzioka, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objectionhas been received within that period, I intend to dispense. with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue And title deed to the said David Munywoki Nzioka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Joseph Mulinge Kilonzo and (2) Anna Ngeneke Kilonzo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect, Dated the 11th July, 2008.
