WHEREAS Alfred Kaburia M'Ngaruthi (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kibirichia/Kibirichia /1229, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Meru, in succession cause No. 300 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Geoffrey Kinyua Kaburia, and whereas the said court has executed an application to.be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land in the name of Alfred Kaburia M'Ngaruthi (deceased), and whereas the said land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission RL. 19, and issue a land title deed to the said Geoffrey Kinyua Kaburia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alfred Kaburia M'Ngaruthi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Kirimi (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Igoji/Gikui/1523, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court in succession. cause No. 3633 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Carolyne Emily Nkinga Kirimi and (2) Florence Kawira Kirimi, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be .registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land in the name of John B. Kirimi (deceased), and whereas the said land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period', I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application by transmission RL 19, and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Carolyne Emily Nkinga Kirimi and (2) Florence Kawira Kirimi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John B.
