GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6032

WHEREAS Rusanji Mangaji, c/o Assistant Chief Hamisi "A" sub- location in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as No. Tiriki/Hamisi "A"/493, situate in the district of Hamisi, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Vihiga, in misc application No. 113 of 2002, has ordered vide decree issued by the court that the said piece of land be suddivided into four portions and transfer three portions to the plaintiff, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of decree and register the mutation and transfer the 0.24 hectare to (1) Miss Reuben Shiguri, (2) Moses Amalemba and (3) Edalia Kavulani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rusanji Mangaji, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
