TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 195 OF 2007 By Grace Sambu, of Nandi North in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipchirchir Sambu, late of Kamoiywo, who died on 24th September, 2006. CAUSE No. 335 OF 2007 By John Kipkemoi Maiyo, of P.O. Box 6000-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, through Messrs. R. M. Wafula & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Chesire Kigen, late of Konyalil Village, Uasin Gishu District, who died on 27th June, 2001. CAUSE No. 342 OF 2007 By Joachim Schimmel, of P.O. Box 351, Matunda in Kenya, the' deceased's partner, through Messrs. Box 2966, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibor arap Turgut, late of Kimogoch, who died on 1st October, 1993. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2008 By (I) Maimuna Jepkemboi and (2) Yakubu Keitany, both of P.O. Box 1705, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Jemutai Sang, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within 'thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2008 By Ndungu Kariuki, of P.O.' Box 20, Bumt Forest in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wacuka Kariuki alias Wachuka Karioki, who died at Lianguse, Burnt Forest, on 30th October, 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
