TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 361 of 2008 By (I) Philip Nthiani Ngui and (2) Christine Kalau Ngui, both of P.O. Box 46, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased's brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letteri of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Nduku Ngui, late of Tawa Location, who died at Kiambwa Sub-location, on 29th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 429 OF 2008 By (I) Beth Nduku Mukavi and (2) Christine Mbeneka Mukavi, both of P.O. Box 90, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Kilcle Musengo, late of Nunguni Location, who died at Kalongo, Makucni, on 1 I th May, 2003. CAUSE No. 430 or 2008 By (I) Ruth Kalckye Kioko and (2) Grace Ngina Kioko, both of P.O.
