take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of adininistration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Mbeere, on 24th February, 2008, has been `filed in this registry by (1) Cecilia Wattle Kabuchoru and (2) Virginia Cianje Ngoroi, kith of P.O. Box 2813, Nairobi, in their respective capacities as mother and an administratrix of the deceaied's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days'of publication of this notice..
