take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Elukongo Sub-location, on 18th Febrilary. 2002, has been filed in this registry by (I) Bendict Oduor Mulaa and (2) Eliud Wanga Mulaa, both of P.O. Box 55, Bukhuyi, in their capacities as sons of the deceased. - And further take, notice that objeetions in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) day§ of publication of this notice.
