INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS I have on my own accord, decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of. Marumi Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/8208), and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act (No. I2.of 1997). Now therefore, I authorize (I),B. M. Kara*, District Co-operative Auditor, alibi' District and '(2) Gerald Mwai, Co-operative Auditor, Nairobi. Province, lo hold an inquiry within eighteen (II) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may. be expedient and duly notified by them. The attention of all officers and members of the society is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Societies Act: Section 60 (1)-Cost of inquiry.
