APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 104 (3) of the Local. Government Act, the County Council of Bungoma appoints— Cdr. Alfred K. M. N. Wekesa, Cdr. Simon Wekesa Masinde, Cllr. Nathan Obwana, to be members of the Bungoma Trade Development Joint Loans Board, for a period of three (3) years. Dated the 20th March, 2008. NDURUMO WA GAKUI, Clerk to Council. GAZEI I E NOTICE NO. 8127 PANGANI AUCTION CENTRE DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Auckland Agencies, to collect their goods stored under card No. 2124, Metropolitan Auctioneers, goods stored under card No. 2558, Patros Auctioneers goods stored under card N. 2558 and Hebros Traders goods stored under card No. 2558, all lying uncollected at the premises of Pangani Auction Centre, along Murang'a Road, opposite Guru Nanak Hospital, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Pangani auction Centre stored charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be disposed by way of public auction without any further notice.
