APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Valuation for Rating Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government gives approval to the County Council of Wareng's Resolution under Min. No. FSG 1/2008 as follows: "That the time of valuation for County Council of Wareng's Valuation Roll shall be 31st December, 2008". Dated the 30th July, 2008.
