WHEREAS (1) Mali Bind ,Aula Hamad, (2) Swaieh Shatir Ahmed, (3) Hussein Shatir Ahmed, (4) Juma Shatir. Ahmed, (5) All Shadr Ahmeed, (6) Kalthum Shatir Ahmed, (7) Abdulmajid Shatir Ahmed, (8)1Rishard Shatir Ahmed, (9) Leila She* Ahmed, (10) Tined Shatir Ahmeed, (11) Malik Shatir Ahmed and (12) IvTohsin Shatir Ahmed, all of P.O. Bolt 88381, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietor; in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 40, section/SI, mainland north, within Kilifi Township in the Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 4262/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional Certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
