WHEREAS Sammy Ndirangu Nevi (ID/2323138/65), of P.O. Box 370, Lanet in the'Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of hind 'containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under 'title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 4/160, and Whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that -the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days froni the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. Dated the 5th September, 2008.
