WHEREAS George Ngigi Kinyanjui, .of P.O. Box 72866-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.321 and 1.249 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title Nos. Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/1535 and 1544, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
