WHEREAS Joel Richard Wamai, of P.O. Box 991, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 13.14 hectares or thereabout, situate, in the district of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Murualci/483, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. GAZErFE NOTICE No. 8230 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS James Kipktirui Rotich, of P.O. Box 263, Olenguruone in the Republic of Kenya; is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Olenguruone/Keringet Block 1/221, containing 2.020 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in Misc. Civil Appl. No. 6 of 2002, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Joseph Kiplangat Koromicha, and whereas deputy registrar High Court at Nakuru has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Joseph Kiplangat Koromicha, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and (fleeced with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land tide deed to the said Joseph Kiplangat Koromicha, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said lames Kipkurui Rotich, shall be deemed to be cancelle4-and of no effect.
