WHEREAS Joyce Awino Akumu Onditi (deceased), of P.O. Box 470, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as East Kisumu/Dago/1036, containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas High Court of Kenya at Kisumu, in succession cause No. 96 of 1996, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Annah Atieno Onditi, and whereas all efforts made recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of confirmation of grant to the said Annah Atieno Onditi, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joyce Awino Akumu Onditi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 2716, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as parcel Nos. East Kisumu/Kanyakwar "B"/259 and Kisumu/Nyalenda "B"/1545, 1547, 1548, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas High Court of Kenya at Kisumu, in succession cause No. 176 of 2008, has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to Antone Udida Oyugi, and whereas all efforts made recover the land title deeds issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificates of confirmation of grant to the said Antone Udida Oyugi, upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Paul Otieno Nyamodi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
