TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 477 OF 2008 By Leah Munee Nzuki, of Private Bag, Okia in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbete Mbindyo ICisaa, late of Utaati Location, who died at Utaati, Makueni, on 27th July, 1988. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 7th August, 2008.
