take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Saboti Sub-location, on 25th June, 1997, has been filed in this registry by (1) Labu 0. K. Busi, (2) Martin Bushendich Kipsir and (3) Samson Olando Chengui, all of P.O. Box 5, Kaptama, in their capacities as administrators of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form Within thirty.
