take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at St Mary's Hospital, on 30th October, 2007, has been filed in this registry by Rehab Wanjiru Kigum, of P.O. Box 17, Githunguri, in her capacity as daughter of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
