take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Nairobi West Hospital, has been filed in this registry by (1) Esther Kerubo Maraburi and (2) Henry Nyagaka Menge, both of P.O. Box 53313-00200, Nairobi, in their respective capacities as widow and brother of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
