THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KERUGOYA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ANNAH WAGATWE GATHURI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 229 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Thaita, on 9th August, 2007, has been filed in this registry by (1) Paul Wanjohi Mwai and (2) Josephat Wakabiu Kathuri, both of P.O. Box 5, Kerugoya, in their capacities as administrators of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
