REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Ngecho Makini, of P.O. Box 21474-00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of all that maisonette No. 8 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/5827, situate in the city of Nairobi. by held under lease registered as I.R. 85411/1, and whereas the said Jackson Ngecho Makini has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Charles Mutavi Kilonzo of P.O. Box 13108-00100, Nairobi, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65(1) of the said Act declaring that the said lease registered as No. I.R 85411 is not available for registration, notice is hereby given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and charge Dated the 12th September, 2008.
