WHEREAS (1) John Waweru Mwangi and (2) Mark Mwaura Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 2, Matathia in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.24 and 0.27 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Lari/MaginalT. 324 and T. 345, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
