WHEREAS John Kabiri Kantiru alias Kabiri Kamiru (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ndumberi/Ndumberi/655, containing 1.08 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Nairobi, in succession cause. No. 186 of 1992 has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Stephen Njuguna Kabiri and (2) Anna Wanjiru Gaturu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to John Kabiri Kamiru alias Kabiri Kamiru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kabiri Kamiru alias Kabiri Kamiru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. No. 1045 of D. M. KAMANJA, Land Registrar, Laikipia District. C. O. BIRUNDU, Land Registrar, Nyandarma/Satnbunt Districts. 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to Florence Njeri Mbugua, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Mucene Nganga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mucene Nganga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Mate Ngare (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
