NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th August, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1561, in Volume Dl, Folio 195/4119, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Gitau Kirumba, of P.O. Box 1457-00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gitau Kirumba Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gitau Kirumba Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gitau Kirumba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gitau Kirumba only.
