WHEREAS Mbugua Kiae (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Lari/Escarpmena,1, containing 0.24 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of ICiambu, and whereas the senior magistrate's court at Limuru, in Succession cause No. 58 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to John Mburu Mbugua, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbugua Kiae (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days'from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL.7 and RL.19, and issue land title deed to the said John Mburu Mbugua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbugua Kiae (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZErI'E NOTICE No. 7127 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Javanson Munene Karwigi (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Baragwefl'humaita/1560, containing 0.50 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kerugoya, in Succession cause No. 179 of 1997, has issued grant of letters of administration to (I) Janet Tirindi, (2) Peterson Njogu Kagio and (3). Jemimah Murangi Munene, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Javanson Munene Karwigi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date haeof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL.7 and RL.19, and issue land title deed to the said (1) Janet Tirindi, (2) Peterson Njogu Kagio and (3) Jemimah Murangi Munene, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Javanson Munene Karwigi (deceased), shaft be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
