GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7129

WHEREAS Kamau Musa Mutega, of P.O. Box 53, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc. 6/Muthithi/1432, 1433 and 1434, situate in the district of Murang'a South, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in Misc. Appl. No. 146 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to John Kibe Njoroge, of P.O. Box 139, Maragua, and whereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of John Kibe Njoroge, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said John Kibe NjoroWinid upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Musa ,Mutega, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
