TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2008 By Joseph Mburu Nyaga, of P.O. Box 19, Loitokitok in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of;administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangui alias Mary Wairimti Munyua, who died at -District Hospital, .Kajiado in Kenya, on 5th July, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. Gold Rim Exploration'Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 10795-00100, Nairobi, Kenya for special licences to prospect for precious metals and base metals over areas described in the schedules A, B, and C hereto and the said applications have been accepted for consideration. By virtue of the above mentioned section of the Mining Act, the said areas of lands are therefore re-opened to prospecting and mining and by virtue of section 7(1) (d) of the Mining Act, the said areas of lands are therefore excluded from prospecting and, or mining except as regards any prospecting and/or mining rights granted in respect of the areas or any part thereof before the date of this notice which are subsisting or any right of renewal thereof. Any objection to the grant of the special licences may be made in writing and addressed to the Commissioner of Mines and Geology, P.O.
