TAKE NOTICE that the above mentioned Supplementary Valuation Roll was laid before the meeting of the Council on 8th July, 2008, and is now available for public inspection at the offices of Valuation Section, 4th Floor, Room 442, Nairobi, from 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. In conformity with the section 10 of Valuation for Rating Act— Any person aggrieved either — (a)By the inclusion of any rateable property or by the omission of any rateable property from 2006 Draft Supplementary Valuation Roll or; (b)By any value ascribed in the 2006 Draft Supplementary Valuation Roll to any property or by any other statement made or omitted to be made in the said Supplementary Roll with respect to any property may on payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya shillings five hundred (500) per entry, lodge any objection in respect of any entry made in the aforesaid 2006 Draft Supplementary Valuation Roll with the Town Clerk at City Hall, Nairobi, within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of this notice on prescribed forms available at the Valuation Section, City Hall, Nairobi. No person shall be entitled to urge any objection before a Valuation Court unless they shall have first lodged such notice of objection as aforesaid. N. W.
