Box 73598-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Margaret Tembu Buchunju, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name,Margaref Tembu Buchunju, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margaret Hephzibah Beulah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all. times to desie describe and address her by her assumed name Margaret HeOzibah Beulah only.
