THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Kariuki Muiruri, of P.O. Box 22412, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision. No. 320 (Orig. No. 261/2) section III mainland north within Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 8810/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
