Box 23, Babel in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as moprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece' of land containing 1.01 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of. 1..aikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Ndindika/1043, end whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lorX notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shalfissue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received withinthat period.
